I was in room 3423, which is surprisingly quiet despite the neighboring airport. Hotel ambiance is pleasant: fishes in the pond, nice little outside garden area, a clean swimming pool, an amazing spa and a spacious restaurant. Breakfast at the Square restaurant offers only halal food and has a large variety of options. Noodles were delicious, all fruits and vegetables fresh and tasty. Ice-cream, different types of dessert and sushi were available as well. Perfect flavors of beverages presented. Top notch service. I express my sincere gratitude to the hotel team.

I thought it would be a simple hotel for just staying at the airport, but I was surprised to find it was very clean and stylish. The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options. It was a shame to only stay there for such a short time.

We had booked into the hotel as we had a 9-hour delay before our flight. It was a pleasant but not outstanding stay. We had mixed reactions. On the positive side - check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was very good clean and well organised. The location is also an advantage and makes it easy to access the airport. The negative was the pool experience. This was a disgrace - broken furniture and umbrellas, one shower did not work, no staff unless you called the telephone, towels ran out, the area was not tidied up - very disappointing. The other area that was a letdown was the food it was just passable - we had dumplings which were served on a plate so were cold and dried out when we received them (we were expecting a steamer basket). That said the hotel is good value. I would stay again, but maybe not order any food.
